About This Opportunity

NMotion is Nebraska's premier mentor-driven startup accelerator, based in Lincoln but drawing applicants from across the state. Selected startups receive a $100,000 investment in exchange for 7.5% equity via a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). The accelerator program focuses on education, mentorship, and community — pairing founders with experienced operators, investors, and advisors over an intensive multi-month program. NMotion is powered by Invest Nebraska and partner gener8tor and has invested in 30+ companies. The Spring 2025 cohort included four Nebraska startups. Applications are competitive and open annually.
