About This Opportunity

MYLPA is Omaha's professional network for Latino young adults and their allies — open to all who support the mission. The organization hosts regular networking events, leadership development programs (including Board Masters Training for those interested in nonprofit board service), and community gatherings. MYLPA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting Latino professionals across industries with mentors, peers, and career opportunities. They partner with major Omaha employers and civic organizations, providing access that is otherwise difficult to find.

Who Can Apply

Open to all. Primarily serves Latino young professionals, but explicitly welcoming to allies and non-Latino members. Typical age range is 21–40, but no strict restriction.
