The Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation Scholarship is one of the most significant private scholarship awards available to Nebraska residents attending University of Nebraska system schools (UNO, UNL, UNK, UNMC). COUNCIL BLUFFS STUDENTS: This scholarship requires Nebraska residency. As Iowa residents, Council Bluffs students are NOT eligible for the Susan T. Buffett Foundation Scholarship. Even though CB students pay in-state tuition at UNO through the reciprocity agreement, the Buffett Scholarship is limited to Nebraska residents.
